A dedicated magnification ring can be used to achieve between a 1:1 and 1.5:1 magnification with a 9.8" minimum focusing distance for macro shooting, and at the 1:1 position, infinity focus is available for working with distant subjects. Individual lens elements feature a multi-layer nano coating to control surface reflections, flare, and ghosting in order to realize a high degree of contrast and color accuracy, even when working in bright and backlit conditions. Additionally, the lens's manual focus design incorporates engraved focus distance and magnification indexes to aid in focusing.
